  • The Mississippi Forestry Commission will not accept bids that do not contain a firm stated price without any reservation as to price increase of any kind after date of contract. 
  • The Mississippi Forestry Commission reserves the right to reject any/or all bids.
  • Any bid received after the opening date or time will be returned unopened.
